All Faxes will be received to the computer until this feature is turned Off. Only one computer at a time can have the Receive faxes to this computer option selected.
The Receive faxes to this computer option can be turned Off in HP ToolboxFX on the computer where the option was turned On. The option also must be turned Off at the device control panel. Faxes that are received when the computer is not connected to the All-in-One device and stored on the device until the computer is connected will be sent to the computer at that time. When the All-in-One memory becomes full, it no longer answers incoming Fax calls. Tips for better search results. Ensure correct spelling and spacing - Examples: 'paper jam'.
