THPRD Winter Registration Begins Dec. 7Online and phone registrati. On for the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District’s (THPRD) winter term will be open to in-district residents starting at 8:00 a.m. On Saturday, December 7, 2019 and continue until 6:00 p.m.
